Delivery & Returns Policy

Please do remember to write the correct contact info (Name, Address, Phone etc. ) when you submit your order. The address of the recipient must be the same as the registered address of Paypal. If you want to change your address, you have to cancel the existing order and place a new order. International shipping is very hard to predict, Once it was sent out, we can’t change it anymore.

About taxes

Shipping is free but customs on international shipments are the customer’s responsibility and vary depending on the country. Please contact your local customs office to find out.

Delivery Policy:

FREE Shipping for the US, Ca, AUS, Singapore, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Thailand, Russia, Israel, Italy, Spain, Turkey, France, GER, UK, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, and so on.
Most countries in the world can send postal couriers. You can email us directly to ask if your area can be reached.
The European region usually arrives in 3-4 weeks. The Asian region usually lasts 2-3 weeks. The North American region usually lasts 2-3 weeks.
If you need to receive it as soon as possible, you can choose the “DHL/FedEx” option, usually 7-10 days (excluding Saturday and Sunday). But you need to pay an extra $22 for shipping.

Can I track my order?
As soon as your order has been dispatched from us you will receive a new shipping confirmation email that will contain a link to track your parcel. Once your parcel has been collected and scanned by the delivery company your tracking should begin to work. Your tracking will update at each scan point so please keep in mind it may not update every day once the parcel is in transit.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective, the wrong size, or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and we will help you with instructions.
If an item is used or dirty, we will not be able to replace it.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:

Shipping Back To Us
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
